Global leader in pool and wellness equipment and connected solutions, Fluidra, has announced the successful completion of its strategic partnership and initial 27% investment in Aiper, a pioneering company in cordless robotic pool cleaning technology. The approximately $100 million investment was executed through the issuance of new shares in Aiper.

This move strengthens the strategic partnership between the two companies and lays the foundation for a collaboration aimed at transforming the robotic pool cleaning market. In the second phase, Fluidra plans to acquire a majority stake in Aiper through a cash or in-kind investment once the company achieves certain financial targets.
